Hysterchick: A 40-something, Britsh-Canadian food-lover living in Middle England who has been not-so-recently diagnosed with Crohn's Disease. I blog and babble a lot about food, cooking and living with chronic illnesses. Health history also includes asthma, eczema, multiple allergies, Raynaud's Phenomenon, a heart murmur and a lengthy gyane history with endometriosis, adenomyosis and fibroids, which resulted in a life-changing hysterectomy in spring 2009. Despite this, I have a full time career, volunteer and completed a Master's degree in 2016. I love music, travelling , exploring historical things, geo-caching, cooking, baking, sewing and generally doing too much for my own good.
